       Maintenance method of vertical multistage centrifugal pump:

       1. During maintenance of vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps, the motor control switch must be in the "off" position and a warning sign must be attached to prevent personal injury. When disassembling the multi-stage pump, it is necessary to mark the parts where the parts are matched so that the installation can be carried out smoothly. The small parts and fasteners removed from the multi-stage pump are packed in a box, marked, and marked with the space. The parts removed from the stage pump are cleaned and coated with rust-proof oil. If there is rust on the painted surface, the rust must be removed and repainted; the horizontal centrifugal multistage pump "O" ring, packing, and rust fastening Parts cannot be reused and spare parts are ready.

       2. When repairing a vertical multistage centrifugal pump, first remove the pump from the storage tank, remove the motor and machine base, remove the lower pump casing, and remove the lower sleeve and impeller (note the anticorrosive layer on the pump shaft). Open the bearing and sit 6 hexagon bolts, and then pull out the pump shaft and bearing parts together for maintenance.

       3. When reassembling the vertical multistage centrifugal pump after overhaul and replacement of wearing parts, see that the bearing seat and bearing are installed on the upper part of the pump shaft, seal the upper and lower bearing covers, install the coupling and tighten the round nut, and correct For the bending of the pump shaft, insert the pump with the bearing seat down into the pump body, then install the bearing seat on the middle seat, adjust the gap between the impeller and the upper and lower pump casings, and use the phenolic with the impeller and the lower shaft sleeve and the impeller and cap together. The cement is stuck on the pump shaft. After the phenolic cement is completely cured, the lower pump cover is installed. After the assembly is complete, turn the pump shaft on the coupling by hand to see if it is normal. For example, when replacing the bearing and the pump shaft, first remove the round nut and the coupling on the pump shaft, loosen the 12 screws on the upper and lower bearing covers, and push the bearing up and out.

       4. There are two periods during the maintenance of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump, one is during operation and the other is during deactivation.

       (1) Leakage of multi-stage pump packing when multi-stage pump is running; multi-stage pump lubrication water pressure; multi-stage pump lubricating oil level and bearing temperature; keep a running log, such as a horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pump water pump is more important detailed record.

       (2) Multi-stage pump deactivation period. Replace the old vertical multistage centrifugal pump packing; replace the vertical multistage centrifugal pump lubricant (water pump thrust bearing box); flush the vertical multistage centrifugal pump water guide bearing with water every month for about 2 minutes; rotate the pump rotor at the same time ; Check the running horizontal centrifugal multi-stage pump water skiing system, check whether each fastener is loose.
