For example, the design flow of the pump can be calculated in the design process of the design institute. When selecting a pump, take the peak flow as the basis and take into account the normal flow.        3. The piping layout conditions of the device system refer to the liquid delivery height, liquid delivery distance, and liquid delivery direction. Some data such as suction side low liquid level, discharge side high liquid level, and pipe specifications and their lengths, materials, pipe specifications, and quantities And so on, in order to perform head calculation and check of cavitation allowance.

Maintenance of vertical pipeline centrifugal pump:

       It should be checked frequently for smoothness, wear and leakage of mechanical seals, and seals should be replaced in time to prevent pressure water from entering the motor.

       Always check the inlet pond for floating objects and changes in water level. If the inlet sink drops below a certain level, the pump should stop running to avoid cavitation and damage to the impeller. If necessary, the gate valve can be adjusted to appropriately reduce the water output of the pump and promote the rise of the water level in the pool. Pay attention to the changes of the pressure gauge and ammeter, find abnormalities, and take corresponding measures in time. When the pump is out of service for a long time, drain off the accumulated water, remove rust, and apply anti-rust grease.

       Always check the temperature change of the motor casing, the pump is running normally, the temperature rise of the motor is allowed to reach 80 ° C, and if necessary, the motor current must be further checked for overload and three-phase current imbalance.
